Let $\mathbb{T}$ be a time scale. The forward jump operator $\sigma \colon \mathbb{T}^{\kappa} \rightarrow \mathbb{T}$ is defined by the formula $$\sigma(t)=\inf \left\{ x \in \mathbb{T} \colon x > t \right\}.$$

Properties

Forward jump is rd-continuous
